Miranda Lambert Said Chris Brown “Needs To Be Put Back In His Place” Why Is She So Pressed? [Let’s Discuss]

15 Feb

I swear my mom is more into pop culture than I am because she alerted me to this story. It seems country singer Miranda Lambert who is married to Voice judge Blake Shelton felt the need to voice her displeasure in The Grammy Academy embracing the talents and accolades of Chris Brown during Sunday’s telecast. She tweeted a series of messages including this first one:

‘How dang long did they give Nicki Minaj to do whatever that was? Strange. And Chris Brown twice? I don’t get it. He beat on a girl…’

To which she followed up with this one:

‘Not cool that we act like that didn’t happen. He needs to listen to Gunpowder and lead and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys.’

Back in his place? What did that suppose to mean?

___

She wasn’t the only one…there were other’s who used Chris Brown to get their followers up and preach their self rightout hatred to the social media world… great job

Now let me add my two cents….

First and foremost I don’t condone a man beating on a woman unless he is defending himself or his life is at stake. 2nd I think the actions of what Chris Brown did to Rihanna were despicable and certainly damaging to one’s character. But as in everything time heals all wounds and Brown paid the ultimate price career wise and paid his debt to society.

So what was wrong with him performing and receiving awards during the Grammy’s? I not only rock with Chris Brown for his music but because he’s a Virginia native and I support the homegrown talent. Ask About Me!

People who choose to make disparaging and hateful comments to people wanting and vying for a 2nd chance at life as if  they are some God is OD funny to me. I believe Miranda Lambert and so many other’s have never did anything wrong or questionable and live by the 1o commandments on a regular. BITCH PLEASE!

Not throwing race up in the picture but times have not change and in the back of certain folks mentality ‘We People’ are good as long as we say nice things and stay in our place and do things that please the ‘superior skin’…….

Life as we know it is Perfect with just a few bad apples spoiling the Grammy’s for the rest of us…[insert sarcasm here]
